Mrs Meeks literacy set – Practise spellings and complete activity sheet related to spellings. (Focus – letter strings –ight and -ie)
Mr Brooks/Miss Wood literacy set – Write a 5-paragraph set of instructions to teach a member of your family how to do something you can do, but they can’t. Make your instructions detailed enough so they can understand it. In your first paragraph, get them interested enough to carry out the instructions and in the last paragraph, give a summary of what you’ve told ‘em.
